• Monthly Rent $1,200
• 20% Rent Credit $240/mo.
• Credits after 6 months: $1,440
• Credits after 12 months: $2,500

NEW HOME vs. RE-SALE

20% of your monthly rent up to a maximum of $2,500 will be applied to participating New Home Builders. Accumulated Rent Credits may be extended and additional Rent Credits may be accrued by simply renewing your existing lease or releasing through Apartments Now! You can use your accumulated rent credits for up to 6 months after you move out of the apartment you leased through Apartments Now!

FREE CREDIT HISTORY

We will provide you with a free credit analysis and repair at the time of registration into our "Down Payment Assistance Program". We will assist you in correcting any errors in your report. We can provide counseling and credit repair in order to assist you in cleaning up and improving your credit profile. This will enable you to apply for lower interest rates while reducing the qualification time to obtain a loan.
